When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders on all working days if they are placed before 17:00. If you are situated in the Netherlands most customers will receive their order next day. If you are from outside of the Netherlands this will take multiple working days depending on the country you live in.
Can I return products?
Yes, you can! Items can be returned to us within 30 days. Please make sure to keep the sealbags closed to be eligible for returns and keep in mind that you have to pay for the return shipping costs yourself.
How much are the shipping costs?
We offer tracked shipments within the Netherlands for € 5,95 per parcel. Free shipping for orders above € 50,-
We offer tracked shipments to Belgium for € 9,95 per parcel. Free shipping for orders above € 75,-
If you are from outside the Netherlands (but inside of the EU) the shipping costs are € 12,95. Free shipping for orders above € 125,-
When will a product be restocked?
Unfortunately we can't say exactly. This can take weeks, sometimes over a month. To make things a bit easier, you can use the notifier function on our site. Simply fill in the "notify me" form next to an out of stock product and you will receive an e-mail when .
