I wanted to use this one for my conch/orbital, but 10mm is actually just too small for me unfortunately.... (it is not available in 11mm or 12mm). And for using it as a conch/orbital, the part without spikes/triangles is kinda short and makes it difficult to put it in (but probably fine for a septum or so). Still, it is very beautiful and the click mechanism works well. So very nice piercing, but not a good choice in my case...
