Ordering online during the Coronavirus period
Suddenly, we all find ourselves in very different times. Everything is different, and adapting to that can be quite a challenge. Normally, we would spend more time outdoors with the coming spring, but for the time being we will have to stay home as much as possible. But we will definitely get through this period, we can do it!

Treat yourself (or someone else)
In difficult times like these, it is of course nice to treat yourself or someone else (#doeslief) to a nice, new piercing jewelry. And then a little retail therapy is allowed every now and then. From your lazy chair, at home, of course! We try to keep our shop stock up to date as best as possible and regularly get new jewelry in stock. So check our new products regularly for all kinds of new earcandy and other nice things. And now that your regular piercer is closed, it can be useful to know that we have a wide range of aftercare to care for your piercings. So if you are still looking for a nice piercing soap or nourishing cream or oil, be sure to check out our piercing and tattoo aftercare.

Can I still order online from you?
Yes, of course! We are still working hard and are doing everything we can to get your order out the door as soon as possible. If you order from us on weekdays before 5:00 PM, your order will be sent by post that same day. We used to do that before, of course, but we are still doing it now.

Longer delivery time
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, many more online orders are being placed than before. That is of course fantastic for many online shops, but it also means that the delivery services are much busier than normal. It may therefore happen in some cases that your order is delivered a little later. Don't worry, we are keeping a close eye on your order and are ready to answer any questions you may have about your order.

My tracking code is not recognized, help!
All our orders are sent via PostNL. Due to the high volume of orders, PostNL is not always able to scan all shipments within 24 hours. If you then enter your tracking code on the PostNL website, you may receive a message that your shipment is unknown. No worries! Your shipment is safe with PostNL and will be scanned as soon as possible. Try to track your shipment again at a later time, you will probably see all the details.

This means that you can shop safely with us and we will do everything we can to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. And if something does go wrong, we are of course ready to solve the problem properly.
