The history of Manic Panic
The story of Manic Panic begins in 1977, when Tish & Snooky also introduced the range of brightly colored hair dye and make-up to the world from the very first punk boutique in New York. Later, in the 90s, the popularity of Manic Panic skyrocketed with the help of the mainstream media and a few years later international distribution also became a fact. Good for us, because from now on the hair dye and make up of Manic Panic is also available at All Over Piercings!
Vegan hair dye
The hair dye of Manic Panic is probably the most famous article here on Dutch soil. Manic Panic are known for their intense, bright colors in all kinds of shades. Whether you are looking for a soft pink shade or prefer the brighter colors, they can be found in our shop. The best part is that all hair dye of Manic Panic is also 100% vegan!
Eye shadow, lipstick and more
In addition to a brightly colored hairdo, you can also complete your look with the quirky, bright make up of Manic Panic. The Lethal Lipsticks are available in different colors and all have a long-lasting formula that is easy to apply. Kitten Colors with a rich, matte color and buttery texture, or hypnotizing Peacock Shimmers, or prefer a metallic look with one of the Ice Metals Lethal lipsticks? It's all possible!
Cross Gloss is a vegan lip gloss with a cool Cross applicator that should not be missing from your make-up collection. The soft, hydrating gloss is available in 7 different colours and 1 transparent base gloss, which you can apply as a finishing touch or to complete your daily look.
Eye shadow should definitely not be missing! That is why we have also included the Love Colors from Manic Panic in our range, so that you can provide your eyes, cheeks or lips with colourful creations. The eye shadow from Manic Panic is richly pigmented and easy to apply, whatever effect you want to achieve!
As a finishing touch for your eyelids, the Dreamliner from Manic Panic can now also be found in our range. Super fine eyeliner in all kinds of colours, metallic and matte. The rich, deep colours are perfect for accentuating your eyes but also work well for applying other coloured designs to your face.
To guarantee a good base for all your make-up creations, the vegan Dreamtone Foundation and Goth White Powder can now also be found with us. Ideal for covering up small imperfections, an even pale complexion but absolutely fantastic as a base for all brightly coloured make-up from Manic Panic.
Blacklight madness!
Whether you are a regular festival visitor or enjoy a heavy night out, our Manic Panic collection also includes a number of super cool blacklight items that will complete your party! Give your hair a UV touch with the Dye Hard Styling Gels or provide your body with a much-needed dose of blacklight glitter with Glow Glitter. Both available in various colours! The High Voltage Classic Cream Formula colours Hot Hot Pink, Electric Lizard, Electric Banana, Electric Tiger Lily and Red Passion are also UV reactive, so if you want a more permanent UV/blacklight result, these are absolute must-haves.
Also for vegans
All make-up and hair products from Manic Panic are completely cruelty-free. In addition, the Manic Panic High Voltage hair dyes, all Cross Gloss lip gloss and the Dreamtone Foundation are absolutely vegan. Good to know, but even better for the animals!
Tips for your Manic Panic make-up
A good base is half the battle! Use Dreamtone Foundation or Goth White powder for an even base for your bright make-up or lipstick, or use a primer/base make-up of your own choice. The bright colours will stand out better and your make-up will last longer
You can use Dye Hard Gels as a styling gel, but after drying you can also carefully comb them through for a cool, chalky effect!
Use the Glow Dust glitter with a layer of Vaseline as a base, then it will last longer. Use some gel or hairspray to fix Glow Dust glitter in your hair
How to dye?
Manic Panic hair dye works best on hair that has been bleached first
Avoid beautifully colored fingers and tricky questions: wear gloves!
Apply Manic Panic with a brush and then comb it through thoroughly
30 minutes of processing time is sufficient, but you can leave it on longer for a more intense result!
Wrap your hair in foil after applying Manic Panic
Rinse well with cold or lukewarm water
Use the Manic Panic Pastel-lizer to lighten colors
Mix some of your favorite color with a little basic conditioner for a quick interim color touch up
